Drugs worth £6500 have been seized in raids on three homes in Edinburgh.
Officers were tipped off about the properties in Wester Hailes and Sighthill and carried out searches on Wednesday.
They found £6500 worth of heroin along with valium, diazepam and almost £6000 in cash.
Three men, aged 35, 37 and 40, and two women, aged 38 and 39, were arrested and charged with drugs offences. They are all due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Thursday.
A police spokesman said: "Lothian and Borders Police is committed to ridding our communities of drugs, and these seizures were a direct result of local people coming forward and giving us information."
Anyone with information about drugs dealing should contact police on 0131 311 3131 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
