A driver is in hospital after crashing his car into a back garden in Edinburgh.
The 62-year-old was driving on Laichpark Road, Chesser, when the accident happened.
All three of the emergency services attended the incident, which happened at around 6.45am on Wednesday.
The man was given oxygen on the scene and was taken by ambulance to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary for further treatment.
A spokeswoman for Lothian and Borders Police confirmed that the man was found conscious after driving through the garden fence and careering into a shed.
