Two men have appeared in court charged in connection with the murder of the grandson of convicted drug dealer "Big" Mags Haney.
Barry Bradley, 18, was injured after a disturbance in the Dalmore Road area of Alva, Clackmannanshire, at about 6.30pm on Sunday. He was taken to Stirling Royal Infirmary, where he died.
Nineteen-year-old Jack Cramb, from Alva, was charged with Mr Bradley’s murder when he appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
He made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody.
Meanwhile, Brent Fairley, 23, was charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice when he appeared at the court in connection with Mr Bradley’s death.
The Alva man also made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody
"Big" Mags Haney was sentenced to 12 years in April 2003 after she and three members of her family were convicted of running a lucrative heroin empire from their council flats in the Stirling area. She was released last year.
