Two men, both aged 35, were arrested in connection with the discovery.
The third flat searched was in Duke Street, Dennistoun, where a further kilo of what is believed to be amphetamine, worth an estimated £10,000 was recovered.
A 35-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman were arrested.
Superintendent Steven Reed, of Strathclyde Police, said: "Drugs can bring death, deprivation and misery to many families and members of our local communities.
"Protecting our communities and ensuring that the area where you live is a safe place remains our priority. The key to our success in tackling this serious crime is the help and support we receive from local people.
"I would ask that anyone who has any information about suspicious activity or criminality to contact their local police office or get in touch with Crimestoppers where you can give information anonymously."
