A teenager and his father carried out a brutal sex attack on a 15-year-old girl while it was filmed on a mobile phone, a court heard.
David Louden, 19, allegedly planned to put the footage on YouTube from the alleged assault in a house in Ardrossan, Ayrshire.
Louden and his father, 44-year-old David Louden Snr, are accused of carrying out a prolonged sexual attack on the girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, in October 2010.
The two men, who deny the offence and say it was committed by other people, are alleged to have stripped her, sexually assaulted her with a broom handle, battered her and burned her while she was heavily drunk.
Louden Jr told DC Alec Greig the incident was "just a bit of fun to start with and then it got out of hand".
A detective asked him: "Do you think it's right that a wee lassie should be subjected to that? Why did you or your dad no' try to stop that?"
The teenager replied: "They took it too far. There was nothing I could do because they were already daein' it."
DC Greig said: "This poor wee lassie's lying there, for want of a batter word p****d out of her nut, and you wanted to put it on YouTube? Do you think that's right?"
Louden agreed it was not, adding: "There's only one thing I didn't tell you and that's it was recorded on my dad's phone."
He said he later carried the girl outside and put his hand over her mouth "to see if she was still breathing."
Louden and his father, also David, 44, deny a charge of slapping the girl, stripping her and sitting on her face, smearing her in hair gel, groping her and rubbing their privates on her.
Louden Jnr, who was on bail at the time, also denies a sex attack on the 14-year-old friend of the alleged victim.
The trial, at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court, continues.
