A man has appeared in court charged with murder after a 48-year-old was found in a street with stab wounds.
Police discovered Gary Logue in Elderpark Street in Glasgow’s Govan area at around 4.10am on Tuesday.
Mr Logue, of Pollokshields, had suffered stab wounds and was taken by ambulance to the city's Southern General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
David Hobson, 21, was charged with murder and attempting to defeat the ends of justice when he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
He made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody.
Hobson is expected to appear in court again at a later date in connection with the death.
