Six people have been rescued from a block of flats after fire swept through the building.
A child was among five people brought down ladders from the first floor of the three-story block in Bonhill, West Dunbartonshire. A dog was also rescued.
Four fire crews were called out to tackle the blaze in Bonhill, West Dunbartonshire, just after 4pm on Friday.
They arrived to find the fire spreading through the three-storey block and large amounts of smoke filling the building.
Two men, two women and a child were rescued from the first floor, while another woman was escorted out of the building by firefighters wearing breathing apparatus.
The six people were given oxygen therapy until ambulance teams arrived on the scene to check them over.
Strathclyde Fire and Rescue Service have begun a full investigation into the cause of the incident.
