Watch out One Direction, move over The Wanted, there’s a new boy band lighting up the town.
Despite only getting together as a band seven months ago, the Glasgow boys have packed in gigs at Rouken Glen, the Comet Galaxy Festival and even supported Steps and Peter Andre at Hamilton Park Racecourse.
And fresh from helping Santa Claus switch on the festive lights at Braehead, the Supanova boys revealed their thoughts on friendship, burgeoning fame and the dedication of fans.
Band member Gregor Coleman gave an insight into the growing frenzy surrounding the boys.
He said: "The other day we were doing the Paisley lights switch on. I got out my bed and looked at my phone and there were fans saying they were already there and I was worried I was late.
"But I looked and my clock and realised they’d just been there from 11am in the morning and waited like six hours to see us."
Fellow singer Christy O'Donnell added: "We’re doing a lot of Christmas stuff - we’re turning on a lot of lights.
"This time next year hopefully we’ll be signed and we can record our album and get it out to all our amazing fans."
