Prize No. 1 Phone In : Where in Scotland

• One £500 cash prize will be available to be won each weekday day on “Ewen and Cat at Breakfast” show.
• Clues will be given out each weekday morning, during the Breakfast Show, to which city or town the digital billboard will be in that day.
• Visual Clues will also be posted to the STV Radio social media channels every morning.

The Prize: Whats App – Spot the Billboard

• One £500 cash prize will be available to be won each day on ‘Webster’.
• Once the daily location has been revealed and the Phone-In competition closed by Ewen and Cat, the digital billboard will travel throughout that day’s location (up to a 15 mile radius).

Eligibility:

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over, and reside in Scotland
• Entry is unlimited.
• Entrants can only win one prize during the Competition and Prize Draw Period. Any subsequent entries by a previous winner will be disqualified.

Exclusions:

• STV employees, immediate family members (included live-in partners) and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration are excluded from /entry.

Competition Period:

• The Competition campaign begins on Monday 5 October and ends on Friday 23 October.
• The Daily Competition Period opens every weekday, Monday to Friday, between 0800hrs and 0900hrs.
• The Presenters (Ewen and Cat) will announce on the Breakfast Show (between 0800 and 0900) when the daily phone lines open.  

Prize draw period:

• The Prize campaign starts Monday 5 October and ends Friday 23 October.
• The Daily Prize Draw Period opens when announced on the Breakfast show (after the Where in Scotland Competition ends) and ends at 5pm when all entries must be submitted.
• The winning entry will be drawn within 30 minutes after final entries are received.

How to Enter:

• Listeners must contact STV Radio on [0333 207 5333] when lines are opened and guess the location. (Standard call rates will apply)
  
  

How to Enter

• Listeners must take a picture of the moving digital STV Radio Billboard when it is traveling around the location in Scotland identified in the Phone-In that morning.
• Send the photo to STV WhatsApp [0333 207 5333], stating the word “WIN” at the start of the message. (Please check your mobile provider as data charges may apply).

Winner Selection

• Each day, once the call lines are opened by the Presenters, one caller will be selected at random [from the first calls received to the phone lines and brought to air.]
• If the caller guess correctly, they will be awarded the £500.
• If the caller guess incorrectly the presenters will give listeners another clue, and when they announce the phone lines are open, pick another caller at random.
• This process will continue throughout the Breakfast Show until there is a winning answer and the prize of £500 will be awarded.
• There are 5 lines into the studio and a line will be chosen at random using the random.org website to select a line between 1 and 5.
• If no correct call is taken to air before 0900 we will reveal that day’s destination on-air and roll the cash amount into the next day’s phone-in competition.
  

Winner Selection and Notification:

• Each day, during Webster, qualifying entrants will be put into a draw to win £500.
• Each day, between 1730 and 1800hrs during Webster, one entry will be selected at random to win the prize.
• The winning entry will be called by Webster during the show between 5:30pm and 6pm.
• The winner must answer the phone to accept the prize. (STV will make 3 attempts to phone). If the winner does not answer the phone after 3 attempts at calling, they will forfeit the prize and STV (at its sole discretion) will choose another qualifying entry at random (and repeat the call process).
• The winner will be announced on air.
• If no valid entries are received, the prize draw will be rolled over to the following day. This will continue until the prize is won.

• STV reserves the right to request proof of eligibility. Failure to provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate eligibility will result in disqualification and STV, at its sole discretion, may select a new winner.
• Winners must leave their name and phone number for a call back to arrange delivery of the prize.

Additional Terms

• It must be an original photo. Only one entry per phone number, per day will be accepted. Any duplicate photos or entries will be disqualified.
• The photo must be taken the same day as the competition. Photos from previous locations the digital billboard has visited on previous days will be disqualified.
• Listeners must take photos safely and responsibly.
• Photos must not include images of other people (other than the driver).
• By sending a photo listeners give STV Radio permission to use the photo on STV social media channels. See our General Terms and Conditions for terms regarding use of submitted photographs.
