Listeners will need to answer a question correctly by phoning into the radio show at a time prompted ‘on air’ by the presenter.

How to participate:

• The presenter will set a question and invite listeners to phone in and answer.
• The telephone lines will open and close times will be stated on air by the presenter.
• Listeners must contact STV Radio at [0333 207 5333] when lines are open and answer the question correctly.
• Entrants may be put through to the radio programme to provide their answer, or calls will be recorded to be played out at a later date.
• The first correct entry will be eligible to win the prize subject to satisfying the entry criteria.
• The winning call will be broadcast on air
• The winner’s first name and city/region will be announced on air.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over and live in Scotland.

Competition Period : There is 1 x individual competition on Friday 25^th July. The competition will open and close at the time announced by the presenter live on air.

• One prize will be available
• Travel to and from the airport, nor travel on the island is not included.
• Travel insurance is not included.
• Winner to book own accommodation and be reimbursed by Isle of Barra Distillers.
• Only room rate and £50 towards dinner will be provided by the prize provider, they will not be liable for additional charges or damages to the room.
• The room is a standard double, or accessible room.
• If the winner cancels their hotel or flights, they must refer to the policies laid out by the accommodation or flight provider.
• The prize is not transferrable. The prize may not be exchanged for cash, it cannot be replaced if lost, and it is not transferable or refundable.
• The winner will be sent an email detailing the prize
• Flights will be in the form of a £500 voucher
• Accommodation must be booked by the winner, then reimbursed by IOBD

Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be the first qualifying entrant who answers the question correctly ‘on air’.
• The winner will be notified immediately ‘on air’ if they have won.
• STV reserves the right to request proof of eligibility. Failure to provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate eligibility will result in disqualification and STV, at its sole discretion, may select a new winner.
• The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by email to competitions@stv.tv within 24 hours of being awarded the prize.
